Description

The A model face piece can be detached from the air supply hose, and can then be used as a conventional negative pressure filter respirator. The B model features permanently attached air supply hose, and should be used in situations where compressed air supply is the only option, e.g. if the user is performing hard and sustained work, or where the pollutants are particularly toxic or have poor warning characteristics. In both A and B models, the respirator will instantly become a filtering device if the air supply should be accidentally interrupted. This will allow the user to escape the hazard area without undue exposure to the contaminant.
