Hychem PF3

An epoxy adhesive with high flexural strength suitable for bonding, grouting and patching most rigid and semi rigid building materials.

Hychem PF3 is a general-purpose, 1:1 epoxy adhesive with high flexural strength suitable for bonding, grouting
and patching most rigid and semi-rigid building materials. Hychem PF3 is available in bulk and as convenient
ratio packs for easy application.
Hychem PF3 when blended with a quartz aggregate, is an ideal epoxy repair compound for the repair of shallow
spalling concrete caused by reinforcement corrosion. The product is extremely user friendly, as the finished repair
can be tooled with water prior to setting.

Typical Applications

Natural stone:
– Bonding and grouting fixing pins
– Patching broken sections of natural stone furniture
Concrete:
– Resurfacing damaged and bony sections in pits and tanks
– Splicing precast sections, e.g. stormwater pipes
– Manufacture of precast concrete parts, e.g. farm troughs
– Grouting bolts, starter bars and cable ends, etc.
Fibreglass:
– Bonding of tiles to pool copings, shower basins etc.
Steel, copper:
– Bonding wear-resistant tiles, flashings, plumbing fixtures
Brick, masonry:
– Restoring broken sections, acid-resistant mortar
Crack injection:
– Bonding injection nipples
Grouting:
– Can be used to set machinery base plates and other
epoxy grout applications
