Description
Flat Plate is a Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) fl ooring product which has excellent slip resistant features. Panels can be manufactured using a variety of resin systems and reinforcements depending on the application. The flat plate is available in depths from 1.5mm up to 20mm with varying surface finishes, including chequer plate, grit, wood effect and leatherette.
Stock plate sizes are:
- 2m x 1m x 4mm black/yellow/grey with grit
- 3m x 1m x 4mm 2m x 1m x 4mm black/yellow/grey with grit
Phenolic plate and reinforced plate is also available. Small batch quantities and fast turn around can be accommodated to provide a fl exible and quality service. Composite Durbar can be manufactured in a choice of fi re grades: General purpose, Class 11 and Class 1. Unlike other coloured plastic sheets, Composite Durbar will not drip, melt or soften in the event of a fire. It is also completely shatter proof.
APPLICATIONS
Corrosion resistance and the strength to weight ratio makes Flat Plate an excellent choice for applications such as manhole covers, walkways, grid fl oor covers, scuff panels, tank lids, anti-slip fl ooring, decking, drain covers and inspection platforms. The applications for this extremely versatile product are virtually limitless.
